Fr Steve provided the reflection, offering a prayer of healing from the coronavirus. 

FY21 Budget and Spring Quarter: Wilson Garone presented to the Cabinet the proposed FY21 reductions as recommended by the CFO, EVP and Provost in consultation with the president. Discussion followed with the Cabinet. The Cabinet also reviewed the initial financial implications related to COVID-19 and discussed possible cost containment through the remainder of FY20. 

COVID-19 Related Issues:  The Cabinet discussed at length the impact on the campus community from the COVID-19 pandemic, deciding to have only essential and critical personnel on campus beginning at 12 noon on Friday, March 20, 2020. An announcement to campus will be forthcoming. The Cabinet also determined to suspend the Faculty/Staff Appreciation event scheduled for May. HR will work with departments and divisions in recognizing those who have significant work anniversaries. Michelle Clements will work on a proposal as to how the university honors the larger award winners (McGoldrick, Excellence in Leadership, and Lee Thurber).
