Pay Planner: Michelle Clements provided Cabinet an update on the process for implementing the FY20 pay planner for staff.

CFO Search: Cabinet was updated on the CFO Search process to date. The Search Committee will meet on May 20 to determine semi-finalists; interviews will be on May 31-June 1; finalists will be invited to campus the first two weeks of June.

Enrollment Update: Marilyn Crone provided an updated on May 1 FTIC confirmations, transfers and graduate enrollment numbers.

May 21 Retreat: A Cabinet planning group will identify topics for the May 21 retreat following the Board Retreat on May 8-9.

Trustee Retreat: Fr. Sundborg reviewed with Cabinet the agenda for the Board retreat.

Summer Dates: Cabinet members should provide Anne Moran dates away through the summer (meetings, vacations); Cabinet should plan on attending the August 20 Cabinet Meeting following time away and in advance of the Willows retreat August 27-28.
