Students who Are Members of Underrepresented Minorities

  • National Medical Fellowships: List of scholarships supporting students of medicine and the health professions from underrepresented minority groups. *Must have been accepted to medical school. Offered primarily to first- and second-year medical students on the basis of financial need
  • Sherry R. Arnstein Minority Student Scholarship: *Must have been accepted to medical school. Awarded to two underrepresented minority students pursuing D.O. degrees, one newly accepted student and one continuing student
  • Indian Health Service Scholarship Program: Offers pre-graduate and health professional program scholarships to American Indian and Alaska Native students
