Holly Slay Ferraro is an associate director in the center (part-time) and associate professor of management in the Albers School of Business and Economics. She received bachelor's degrees from Wilberforce University (Interdisciplinary Science - Math Concentration) and the University of Dayton (Chemical Engineering). She also earned her MA in Human Resource Development from Western Michigan University and her PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of Maryland, College Park. She joined Seattle University in 2007.
