Residence Hall Maintenance preforms routine maintenance for students, staff, and the Jesuit community in our on-campus housing in:

Bellarmine
Chardin
Murphy Apartments
Logan Court
Klovenbach houses

Services Performed:

• Keys and access control
• General building/room repairs
• Operations of building systems
• Preventive maintenance

Please report maintenance problems by entering a work order online.

Emergencies should be reported to the Facilities Resource Center by calling 206-296-6996. Outside of regular office hours 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., please call Public Safety at 206-296-5990.
