The Center for Social Transformation and Leadership will strengthen Catholic education by utilizing the resources of the University to offer a broad range of programs and services to advance Catholic education in our region. To develop a sustained and long-term partnership with Catholic schools in the Pacific Northwest, CSTL’s plan undertake the following activities in during the following academic year:
Connecting professionals with experts who have designed and transformed organizations CSTL works with education, business, government, and nonprofit agencies to implement social impact and organizational development projects. CSTL consultants consist of faculty, students, and alumni with broad experience in facilitating change through face-to-face and online interventions. Seattle University faculty and CSTL affiliates offer consultations and workshops customized for our organizational partners.
The community relationship mapping project will facilitate community engagement activities in support of its development of a strategic framework for Seattle University to engaged with fellow Catholic Educational Institutions. This project is designed to seek and solicit input from varying entities and persons within the Seattle University community related to the existing relationships with Catholic schools through the implementation of the Community Relationship Mapping Project. Ultimately, the project will produce an interactive Relationship Map and website to create cloud-share databases for merging data collected related to Seattle University community engagements related to Catholic Education.
