As the pace of change accelerates, adults must engage in continuous learning. Adult Education and Training graduates lead that process.

Our master's degree program blends theory and practice to prepare ethical and reflective practitioners to work with adult learners in education, business, and nonprofit settings. Graduates teach remedial reading and language to adults in the classroom, design and direct corporate training, and consult with diverse adult audiences.
