You will receive an email invitation to take the survey online at https://rankinsurveys2.com/seattleu. The link will go live January 20 and remain open through February 9 (note extended deadline). In order to ensure confidentiality, the survey site is managed by our external partner.

For a paper version of the survey, visit the Campus Assistance Center on the Student Center 1st floor, or contact Monica Nixon (firstname.lastname@example.org). After you complete the survey, you will return it directly to our consultant in the provided pre-addressed, postage-paid envelope.
Language translation and verbal administration of the survey will be available on the following days from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. in Student Center 122:
