Campus Climate Assessment

Seattle University Climate Study results now available

Dr. Susan Rankin of Rankin & Associates Consulting shared results of the university's campus climate assessment during two town halls on October 22, 2015.

The executive summary, final report and presentation of the survey results are available to all with a Seattle University login and password. Please enter your user ID (no need to include "@seattleu.edu") and password, and you will see links to download. If you need a hard copy of the Executive Summary, please contact the Office of the Vice President for Student Development at 206-296-6066. Two hard copies of the full report are available for 24-hour checkout at the Lemieux Library.

Commissioned by the university and the Task Force for Diversity and Inclusive Excellence, the climate assessment informs our understanding of the current state of equity and inclusion in the learning, working, and living environment on campus for students, faculty, and staff. The task force will integrate the results of the study into its recommendations for improving the campus climate.
