
COVID-19 vaccination is required for Seattle University students, faculty and staff. Once you have received a single dose of a one-dose vaccine, or both doses of a two-dose vaccine, you must register your vaccination details. Submission of this information with adequate documentation fulfills the vaccination reporting requirement. All students, faculty and staff are required to be fully vaccinated and expected to stay up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines, and therefore to receive any recommended COVID-19 vaccine booster dose(s) when eligible to do so.

If you have a medical or religious reason that prevents you from receiving a vaccination you may submit an exemption request. Philosophical reasons will no longer be accepted exemption.
