Mandatory Disease Prevention Training (Time Sensitive)

August 31, 2020

Dear Redhawks:

As we prepare to start the new academic year, I am writing with important information for all students who will be physically on-campus at any point during Fall Quarter 2020. This includes those students who are living in university housing, the Douglas or Vi Hilbert Hall, as well as those who have classes on site, work on campus or who may need to visit campus for any other purpose. In an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19, all students who will be on campus are required to complete a brief online disease prevention course through Get Inclusive

The purpose of this course is to provide you with important information about preventing the spread of COVID-19. You must complete the course prior to arriving on campus. For the few students who have already moved into campus housing, are moving in today or have started visiting campus for approved activities, please complete the course as soon as possible and no later than Tuesday, September 8, 2020

If all of your classes are online or if you are living off campus, and if you will not be physically on campus at any time during Fall Quarter 2020, then you are not required to take this course. If your circumstances change during the quarter and you will need to come to campus for any reason, please complete the course prior to your arrival.

To complete the course, log into Get Inclusive and select the “COVID-19 Awareness & Prevention” course. You can log into the system and access the course here:

If you have any questions about completing this requirement, please email voicesforchange@seattleu.edu. Thank you in advance for your participation.

Sincerely,

James Willette, Ph.D.
