Hysteria over Wisteria!

May 11, 2018

Thanks to Peter Ely, S.J., associate professor of theology and religious studies, for sending in this photo of wisteria over the Cherry St. entrance to campus approaching the south side of Bellarmine Hall.

Father Ely notes that when former SU President Bill Sullivan, S.J., had the gates installed, “Part of the idea was to have vines growing on top of them. It took a long time for the vines to creep across,” but as the photo shows, the patience was rewarded.
