Follow in the footsteps of Ignatius

Seattle University and the Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life Program (SEEL) invite you to experience the pilgrim footsteps of St. Ignatius on his way to Jerusalem. The pilgrimage will last 12 days, from March 19 until March 30, and will be led by SU Chaplain Pat O’Leary, S.J., and Steve Donaldson and Gennyn Dennison of SEEL. Pilgrims begin their journey from the castle fortress at Loyola in the mountains above San Sebastian, through Navarre, past the castle of the Xaviers to the Monastery of the Black Madonna at Montserrat, ending in Barcelona, Spain. At the various sites there will be time for prayer and reflection. The greater distances will be covered by bus, however, there is a certain amount of walking. All applications must be turned in by Thanksgiving or the end of November at the latest.  For application forms, brochures or more information contact Father O’Leary at 296-5315 or oleary@seattleu.edu; or Eddie Salazar at 296-6133 or salazare@seattleu.edu.
