Successful entrepreneur heads list of 2017 alumni award recipients

May McCarthy, ’85, is Seattle University’s 2017 Alumna of the Year, as announced today by the Alumni Association and Board of Governors. The Albers graduate co-founded seven successful companies with the largest growing to more than $100 million in annual revenue. A best-selling author, speaker, university lecturer, angel investor and philanthropist, McCarthy reflects fondly on her Seattle University experience, particularly the small class sizes and easy access to professors.
