  • To request a space for your event, please complete all form sections relevant to your event. If you have any questions, please contact us via e-mail or call (206) 296-5620. All event requests must be received ten (10) business days in advance.

    Because space on campus is limited, having at least one backup for the event location, date, and time will make scheduling the event easier. For best results, please enter at least two preferences.

    Please note that the 'Start Time' you list below should reference the start of the actual event. If you will need to access the room significantly earlier (more than a half hour prior to start time) please indicate so at the end of this form in the space marked 'Additional Information'.
