    • Once a chair has been assigned for your paper session, you will be be asked to provide her or him a copy of any slides that you would like to use during your presentation.
    • If you would like to volunteer to chair a paper session, please email: no later than June 1st, 2014.

For those invited to present a poster:

    • Your poster should be no larger than 24" x 36".

    • We understand that different disciplines may have varying expectations for such posters. We suggest the common format of: abstract, introduction, methods, results, and conclusions. If that does not fit the nature of your work, however, please develop your poster in a way that will best communicate your work.
