Canvas Support

Faculty and students also have access to 24x7 Canvas Support. With your permission, Canvas Support has the ability to look at and help troubleshoot specific pages in your course. They can troubleshoot technical issues as well as provide suggestions for how to approach using Canvas.

Zoom Support

Faculty Liaisons

Each school or college now has faculty liaisons to CDLI. These liaisons can assist college faculty with their courses and also serve as a direct point of contact for faculty to offer feedback to CDLI in order to improve our training, technologies, and operations.
