For seven years of the CDLI Course Design Program we have been playing “The Game” with groups of faculty. The idea is to get everyone loosened up and thinking creatively about all the different possibilities for assignment design. The Game has become so popular that it has been played at numerous locations around the world. Faculty come back to CDLI all the time to pick up an extra copy of “The Placemat,” which lists the 52 learning activities referenced in the game. During the Coronavirus outbreak, we thought it might be nice to provide an interactive version of the placemat with suggestions about online tools that could be used. We hope it is useful to you.
