Quality Indicators for Secondary Transition (QuIST): The QuIST is an online tool developed by CCTS, based on Dr. Paula D. Kohler’s Taxonomy for Transition Programming framework (1996). It enables school districts to assess their transition services for students with disabilities. It is NOT used for compliance monitoring. The QuIST is housed in the Transition Systemic Framework (TSF), CCTS’ online data collection platform.
