For web-accessible district, ESD, and/or state-level post-school outcome reports:

• Log in to the Transition Systemic Framework (TSF2).
• Under the "Reports" tab, select "Post-School" and the report type. 
• If you do not see a Reports tab in the TSF2, please email ccts@seattleu.edu so that we can update your account permissions.
