Incorporate Community Engaged Learning in Your Course

Interested in developing a new community engaged learning course or incorporating community engaged learning into an existing course? The CCE is here to help! We strongly recommend participation in our year long Faculty Fellows program.

If you are interested in getting started sooner, the CCE offers support in designing your community engaged learning assignment, connecting with community partners, developing reflection activities, and risk management. We require a full quarter's notice in order to best support your course and partnerships.

What to expect:

• Troubleshooting along the way
• Visits with community partners (on your own and/or with CCE staff)
• A mid-quarter check-in
• 2-3 meetings with CCE's community engaged learning staff before you teach the course
