At any given time there are a number of ongoing opportunities on and off campus for career and industry to connect, brand and recruit early talent. Maximize your presence on campus by engaging with our students by participating in our ongoing career development programming. These include - Career Skills Labs, whiteboard and technical interviewing, LinkedIn and Social Media in career development, career meet-ups, visiting employer booth, and much more.

The entire team looks forward to partnering with you to meet your recruitment needs. We are honored to help our students benefit from the wealth of experiential learning acquired by engaging in meaningful ways with employers on-and-off campus.

A Takeover is a series of career events and activities that bring together students, alumni, and employers for networking, recruiting, industry and career education. The format is less formal than a traditional career fair, expect to meet students in an informal, more targeted, and smaller groups.

Organizations can present on specific career education topics; For example: How to ace a technical interview, Early career salary negotiation, Diversity & Inclusion in your organization, Cool projects in your organization, etc.

There will be no big booths or large displays. Instead, expect to meet with small groups of students and alumni specifically interested in your industry. Handouts, tabletop signage, and stand-alone banners are welcomed.

Food For Thought/ Coffee Chat

Casual meetings for recruiters/alumni in small interactive group settings with students. During these events, representatives may discuss their industry, company culture and the qualities needed for success. Organizations are asked to provide food and beverages during these sessions.

Job Shadows / Treks / Employer Hosted Open Houses

Designed to give students a chance to see what working at your organization would look like. These opportunities allow you to engage with students and will provide them with insight into your organizational culture, various career opportunities, and your recruiting process. During these site visits, students can hear from hiring managers and employees (especially alumni) about what they should be doing to prepare for a career in your industry. This is an opportunity for recruiters to organize their own open house recruiting events and our team will work with you to support your efforts.
