Evening of Reflection

Evening of Reflection for Graduate and Post-Traditional Students

Join fellow students from across programs for an evening of reflection hosted by Campus Ministry. This mini-retreat will invite participants to slow down, savor, and reflect on the past year through the lens of Ignatian Spirituality and move into the future with a heightened capacity for love, spiritual freedom, and hope.

The evening will consist of opportunities to engage with diverse prayer and reflection practices, including silent prayer and reflection, small group sharing, and an exploration of embodied prayer.*

Regardless of religious background, all are welcome to join, especially those with an openness to deepening one’s reflective experience through the Ignatian tradition.

*This offering will draw on Ignatian Spirituality, mindfulness, and yoga to help participants connect with their present moment embodied experience of themselves and the sacred. It is intended to be broadly accessible and is not designed to require rigorous physical activity; however, if you have accessibility concerns, please contact the event organizer. Various options will be provided throughout this exercise so that participants can engage to the level of their choosing.

Non-constricting, comfortable clothing is recommended. Appetizers will be provided throughout the night.

Check-in for the evening will begin at 4:45pm, and the evening's program will start at 5pm.

Cost: $5.00; Pay either through Eventbrite (small fee included in final cost), or in the Campus Ministry Office (Student Center 120) with cash or check.
