Mentoring Objectives & Scope

I strongly value the relationship of a mentor to provide coaching, support and guidance for someone else. As a past participant of the program, I was introduced to mentors that shaped me personally and helped advance my career objectives. I expect the mentee to put in what they want out of this program and I am here to coach and support that person's objectives.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

A mixture of in-person and virtual. No strong preference, but if in-person, my office (Bellevue) or if virtual, I prefer using Teams. Early afternoons or lunch time is preferred.
