Mentoring Objectives & Scope
Expect honesty as it relates to the athletic world. I have a broad range of experience but most recently I have been involved in interscholastic activities and have experience in event management, operations, and media relations. Objectives would be to make sure you are getting the support you need as a student in navigating the athletics world and help you be prepared to make a career in sports.
When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
Coffee shops are abundant around the Seattle area. I work in Renton, so the south Seattle area is the easiest to meet. Evenings are typically the best for meetings, but I can be flexible.
Have an open mind as you navigate this career. Be open to any and all feedback, even if it's not the feedback you want to hear.
