Nadeje is a mission-driven professional with over 20 years of experience in education. With a passion for student development and advising, her contributions to the personal and professional development of the student have consistently proven to ensure their success.
Nadeje has held teaching and administrative positions in various educational settings. Her teaching positions have included literature, English as a Second Language, and French to diverse populations. She has traveled extensively, including living and working in Cairo, Egypt where she trained language instructors.
Nadeje is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the honor society of Jesuit institutions of higher education that recognizes students, faculty and staff who distinguish themselves in scholarship, loyalty and service.
Nadeje’s research explores communication effectiveness among student affairs professionals in higher education through the lenses of framing, listening and emotional management. She earned her Doctor of Education (EdD) from Seattle University’s College of Education in 2014.
