Alicia Kan is an experienced global marketer and communications leader with specific expertise in digital, SEO-driven content, reputation management, and campaign design.
She has worked both in-house and agency-side in various industries including hospitality, publishing, advertising, media, market research, automotive, and logistics. Her rebranding work for an international market research firm located in 44 countries was featured as a case study in Philip Kotler's Principles of Marketing.
Prior to joining Albers, Alicia was the media director for Toyota North America's Asian American agency of record. She has lived and worked in Manila, Hong Kong, Chicago, Dallas Fort-Worth, and Seattle. She started her career as a journalist, and has been published in Hong Kong's South China Morning Post, Canada's Globe & Mail, and Asia's Campaign Asia (formerly Media magazine).
