Personal Bio

Robert Callahan taught in the management department and in the marketing department while teaching business communication. He has been published in Sloan Management Review, Academy of Management Executive ,Human Resource Management, and Journal of Management Inquiry. Dr. Callahan has also written several textbooks, including Understanding Human Relations and Understanding Organizational Behavior: A Managerial Viewpoint. He started and guided a Seattle University Toastmasters Club for approximately 12 years and has consulted with a number of organizations around communications including the Society of Actuaries.
