Personal Bio

Gabriel Saucedo joins Albers from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia, where he worked as a graduate assistant and completed his doctoral studies. Gabriel's research focus is in the areas of auditor judgement and decision-making processes, accounting and human capital, and audit quality. His primary teaching interests are in auditing, financial accounting, and managerial accounting, with secondary interests in accounting ethics and business communications. Prior to completing his PhD, Gabriel spent 6 years with KPMG Seattle in the audit practice, focusing on consumer product and healthcare clients. Gabriel is also a KPMG diversity scholar.
