Our intense emphasis on personal leadership is woven into everything we do, preparing students to use their vision and skills to make a profound impact on their companies and communities.
For more than 20 years, we've drawn savvy business leaders from all over the Northwest looking for more than an excellent education in business concepts alone. Here’s what sets us apart.
We believe there’s more to leadership than effective application of tactical managerial tools, and it starts with knowing who you are. The LEMBA program begins with reflection and personal exploration to help you uncover and develop your voice as a leader.
With dedicated one-on-one executive coaching and assignments you take to work, you’ll broaden your perspective and develop the confidence, insight, and self-awareness necessary to influence and inspire others with authenticity.
A core business curriculum will equip you with a palette of tools to increase your strategic thinking abilities. Our applied approach means you’ll be required to use what you’re learning at work, adding value to your employer while making you a more valuable employee.
The LEMBA program is ranked #16 nationally for 2021 by U.S. News & World Report and is the only Executive MBA program in the Pacific Northwest to be recognized in the Top 20 programs nationally.
With both industry and research experience, our expert faculty skillfully merge theory with practice in the classroom and provide ongoing support and access to expertise outside of class to both students and alumni.
The LEMBA program meets once a month in compact, two-day modules, to accommodate even the most demanding schedules. The compressed schedule allows participants to graduate in six academic quarters.
Our classrooms are team-based, so you’ll learn as much from your peers as you will from your instructors. While also broadening your network, our active alumni and social events help you maintain the rewarding and lasting relationships you build in the program.
The LEMBA program is transformational. It’s not just about the credential on your resume. This program forces you to flex and adapt, and become a better version of yourself. I will be forever grateful for the experience and what I learned from my classmates. We all can and will make a difference.Ashley Carson, LEMBA ‘20 Chief People Officer, Vera Whole Health
The program gave me an incredible network of mentors, coaches, and very esteemed business executives within the Puget Sound community that I otherwise would’ve never had access to and they’re still helping me today.Orla Concannon, LEMBA '15 Founder & CEO, Eldergrow
