Mentoring Objectives & Scope
Discussion topics could include coaching through school and career plans including any venting. Activities could include getting involved in the community and with other professionals and organizations as possible. I would expect we set up a mentoring agreement so we both have a plan for the program.
When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
Virtually right now due to coronavirus but I do live downtown so I can come to campus pretty easily if I am not travelling for work which prior to the pandemic was about 50% of the time.
