I am currently a Senior Technology Manager in our Product and Technology Organization. Our team is responsible for all of the systems and tools inside all of the Retail stores and Customer Care Centers- so we ensure our Mobile Experts (our Frontline employees) have what they need to service our customers and deliver the best experience possible.
The organization is composed of product managers, analysts, architects, engineers and developers. My job is to set the vision and strategy for internal communications and how all of the folks mentioned above, engage with each other to ultimately drive results and meet OKRs. My role is highly dependent on relationship building, cross-functional partnering, and asking the right questions, to the right people, in order to find ways to improve processes, develop new frameworks and build technical solutions that enable everyone to better communicate and collaborate. I am also involved in the company's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs.

Mentoring Objectives & Scope
I enjoy sharing my personal journey and experiences with students in hopes it will help or inspire them in some way. I think storytelling is important and seeing things from different perspectives. A few areas I specialize in are network and relationship building, creating and fostering your sphere of influence, job search and career pathing, transitioning into the working world, just to name a few.
When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
At the moment, in-person meetings are on hold due to COVID, but am open to email, phone, and zoom communications.
