Job Description

Having held multiple positions since starting at T-Mobile back in 2018 (internal communications, product management, and employee engagement), Billy is currently part of the Digital organization where his team (People, Talent, Learning) is responsible for the overall culture and all people related functions: performance management, objectives and key results for the organization, hiring-recruiting-onboarding experiences, and all internal talent development programs such as summer internship at the high school and college level, returnship for those who have been away from the workforce for an extended period of time, military programs, programs to promote people in our store and care center positions into HQ roles and all learning and development programs for our existing employees. The goal is to create a workspace where everyone feels empowered to be their true-authentic selves at work. This team partners heavily with Enterprise HR and DE&I groups. Billy is heavily involved in DE&I work and is involved specifically in PRIDE activities. My areas of expertise are: project and program management, events, sales and partner enablement, digital campaigns, communications strategy, performance management.

I am very outgoing and laid back. I truly enjoy sharing my experiences and hearing great stories from others. My goal is to provide an alternate point of view- leaning into my past experiences, to help you think about the decisions that lie ahead for you.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

I am leaning into virtual meetings but if mentees feel comfortable, am okay meeting on campus as well.
