Job Description

As a member of our Executive Management Team I am responsible for the care and development of our staff and provide guidance to our CEO and Founder.  I manage the mood of the organization, set the standards for our culture and provide development training for all departments.  My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, payroll, new employee onboarding, annual performance evaluations, company outreach programs, expense management reconciliation, company policies and procedures and company benefit programs (401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision).

TRInternational, Inc. (TRI) 2004 – Current.  During my career at TRI I have served in the following roles: Finance Intern, Customer Service, Executive Assistant to the CEO, HR Manger, HR Director & Office Manager  and currently Director of Human Resources & Compliance.
