Mentoring Objectives & Scope
Plan is to tailor experience to the individual mentee(s) in terms of topics/activities. I have a wide variety of experience across industries and positions and will share anything that may be relevant and of use to mentee(s) including interviewing, resumes, career paths, advancement strategies, etc. While I'm willing to help anyone, I have perhaps niche experience with veteran and LGBT matters. My expectations are simply to meet on-time at the times & places designated.
When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
I can be somewhat flexible in terms of time. My office is in Bellevue, but given enough notice, I can schedule meetings at virtually any time and day. My preference is mid-day meetings somewhere in Bellevue/Seattle - the SU campus being an option assuming parking is available.
