As a member of our Executive Management Team I am responsible for the care and development of our staff and provide guidance to our President and Founder/CEO. I manage the mood of the organization, set the standards for our culture and provide development training for all departments. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, payroll, new employee onboarding, annual performance evaluations, company outreach programs, expense management reconciliation, company policies and procedures and company benefit programs (401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision).
