As Waldron's Practice Leader for its Career Management/Transition program I am accountable for program development and quality of service delivery. I manage a team of 4 FTE direct reports and over 20 geographically dispersed career transition consultants. As both an advocate for employers and a sounding board for their employees, I work with organizations to plan and support thoughtful transitions as clients evolve and move in new directions. In addition to the strategic program management of the department, I work with executive leaders in transition from all sectors and industries.
