Stephanie has spent nearly 15 years scaling global Operations and Learning & Development teams. She joined Lyft two years ago to lead driver operations for the Puget Sound region. Before joining Lyft, Stephanie led customer experience and launch operations strategy for Amazon Campus Pickup Points. She also held roles leading the Amazon Operations Learning organization to centrally develop onboarding and talent development programs for thousands of leaders around the globe. Prior to Amazon, Stephanie spent five years managing the training activities for AAA Washington & PACCAR leaders throughout Europe, Australia, and North America.
MEd, Adult Education and Training in Human Resource Development from Seattle University and BA, Interpersonal Communication from Kent State University.
Mentoring Objectives & Scope
I expect students to take an active role to select discussion topics and show up prepared to get the most out of the mentoring experience. Students can expect to meet once per month.
Some topics I've enjoyed discussing with students include professional communication and business etiquette, networking and LinkedIn strategies, resume review, career goals and progression, leadership development, and navigating corporate culture.
