Mentoring Objectives & Scope
Our focus will be on selecting key topics most important to you. While I can select discussion topics I'm interested in knowing what are the most important issues to each of you. Those may range from work/life integration, building a strong network, career aspirations and necessary skill sets, complimentary skills such as how everyone can benefit from understanding something about sales and marketing. We discuss leadership styles, values and conflicts and what environment is most important to you - large or small company. I have invited a number of speakers representing other business and community leaders to discuss their career observations and insights with the mentee group.
When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
We'll make a group decision and meet as frequently at the group determines. Meetings are usually at the office or a downtown Seattle location.
