I am responsible for creating the learning strategy for our customer call centers that support sellers on Instagram and Facebook worldwide.

I worked in retail and interned at a hospital in their Organizatonal Development department, prior to completing the Bridge MBA program. After the Bridge program, I worked as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, at Amazon, and most recently a Global Learning Partner at Meta.
