Job Description

The Manager of Customer Onboarding works closely with the Customer Success leadership team to create and drive our Customer Onboarding strategy. Responsibilities include goal setting, strategy development, headcount planning, compensation planning, and more. Ultimately, the Manager of Customer Onboarding is responsible for the PitchBook Customer Onboarding strategy and leading a team of Onboarding Specialists.
