Mentoring Objectives & Scope

Students can expect a direct, honest conversation with the goal of moving them forward in their career aspirations. I find many undergrads are "stuck" not knowing how to approach the business world and I hope to demystify Corporate America and make it real on a personal level. I'm passionate about change management, sales, relationship building, women in business & leadership, managing a successful career while balancing a family, and diversity. I am also responsible for hiring Sales Consultants and Client Managers for my organization, so I'd love to build my own professional network of potential candidates.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

Location: flexible. On/off campus, Seattle or the East Side. Coffee shops tend to work well. Time: M-F, 8am - 6pm preferred.
