Job Description

People Operations includes HRIS, HR administration, compliance, payroll, and leave management for the Bank.  As Portland Regional Executive, I am responsible for the Board of Directors, its monetary policy formation function and financial institution outreach.

We provide financial services to and regulate financial institutions. Most importantly, we participate in formulating monetary policy for the nation.

I've spent my career at the Reserve Bank working in payment services operations (cash, check, ACH, funds transfer) and Human Resources.
