As the Vice President of Finance for Nordstrom, Tracie participates in the development of strategies and financial plans for the merchandising, marketing and private label businesses. With over 24 years in the field of retail finance, Tracie leverages her wealth of experience to lead a team of roughly 30 finance professionals toward disciplined execution and optimization of roughly $20B in annual retail merchandise receipts, $7B in annual product margin and $800M in annual operating expenses.
Nordstrom, Inc., a fashion retailer, provides apparel, shoes, cosmetics, and accessories for women, men, young adults, and children in the United States and Canada. The company operates a Full Price business segment (stores and online) and an Off Price business (stores and online). Nordstrom, Inc. was founded in 1901 and is headquartered in Seattle, Washington.
Tracie is skilled in multi-channel business economics, business strategy and decision support with emphasis on creating sustainable value, and business-facing finance practices including but not limited to planning (annual, long-term, capital investment, forecasting), analysis (results vs plan, drivers, KPIs), external guidance and investor communication. Prior to her current role, Tracie held leadership positions throughout Nordstrom Finance, including Credit, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, and Full-Line Stores.
