Provide coaching and share work experience developing a career Coaching to navigate the transition from student to a professional career Exploring lean concepts and how they apply to achieving goals Scope To mentor students who want to grow, learn, take ownership of their destiny, and are committed to making their future a priority. Meet monthly on a regular basis either face to face or video. Set priorities, define a goal, and work towards achieving that goal.
When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
Meet either in person at a library, Starbucks, or similar types of places to talk or video chat based on my and their availability. Timing could be 12-1pm or between 4:30pm - 9pm, Weekdays or Saturday 10am-3pm.
Stepping out of my comfort zone and doing new things keeps me engaged and growing. I like working with people who are ready for change and open to working through challenges.
