Mentoring Objectives & Scope

Provide coaching and share work experience that will further student career development and be able to navigate the transition from student to a professional career. Explore lean concepts and how they apply to achieving goals both personally and professionally. Scope: To mentor students who want to grow, learn, take ownership of their destiny, and are committed to making their future a priority. Meet monthly on a regular basis either face to face or video. I will work together to help set priorities, define goals, and work towards achieving that goal.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

Meet either in person at a library, Starbucks, or similar types of places to talk or video chat based on my and their availability. Timing could be 12-1pm or between 4:30pm - 9pm, Weekdays or Saturday 10am-3pm.

Additional Information

Stepping out of my comfort zone and doing new things keeps me engaged and growing. I like working with people who are ready for change and open to working through challenges.
