Collaborate with management to set a go to market strategy which will accelerate our business growth.• Drive business growth by working directly with customers and providing guidance, teaching, and motivating our broker team• Build relationships with key customers and distributors at all levels of their organization• Plan out promotional calendars for all accounts which optimize sales while staying within trade spend budget• Bring innovation forward on new products, packaging, sizes, and processes.• Creates a new item launch plan for the channel• Analyze and interpret data to better understand our business trends ;Develop sales decks using data and trend information that show a compelling sales story• Communicate trends in the market and channel to internal stakeholders• Establish best practices for operating in the channels of trade • Negotiate slotting and terms of trade activity with customer• Create & present business reviews• Expand distribution of Hain Foods products• Develop annual business plan and achieve top and bottom line financial goals• Align customer strategies with Hain Foods’ strategic plan to build a collaborative business plan• Understand and execute marketing plan sales material• Monitor trade activity execution• Complete ongoing general business analytics and evaluate risks, opportunities & threats• Evaluate customer specific reports and standardized IRI reports Relationship Management within internal matrix organization• Work in conjunction with retail effectiveness to communicate sales priorities (new items/UPC changes/POGs) with retail broker partner• Communicate to other sales personnel and functions within ConAgra Foods as needed

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
At Starbucks or on campus. I work from home and do not have an office.
I have been in the Food industry my entire working life in some capacity. I enjoy my job and it is constantly changing and evolving. When I worked at Kraft Foods I participated in all the job fairs and truly enjoy Seattle U.
