Holly Ferraro, Ph.D.

Professor Ferraro’s work during her fellowship term, “Diversity Embracement,” will examine the moral dimensions of diversity and inclusion in organizations; specifically, she is concerned with the ways that diversity is embraced by individuals and the ways in which employees grow to have feelings of “belonging” and “esteem” over time. Her work will involve primary research in conjunction with Seattle-area corporations.
Her articles in human resource management, professional development, leadership and organizational diversity have been published in the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, Human Resource Management, and Human Relations, among other journals.
