Pioneer Square First Thursday Art Walk
A group of Pioneer Square gallery owners collaborated to create the first gallery map and art walk in the country in February 1980, which became the popular First Thursday Art Walk. This event has continued since that time, with Encore Publishing taking on the map and guide in 1986, and then as a project of the Seattle Art Dealers Association (SADA) in 2005.
