Odd Fellows Hall Building
The 1908 Oddfellows Hall Building on Capitol Hill served as the home to a number of nonprofit arts organizations from the 1970s until its sale in 2008 and subsequent rent increases. The second and third floors were originally performance halls, with an additional performance theater on the fourth floor.
