Jackson Street Jazz Walk
Jackson Street Jazz Walk is an annual event held at various locations in Seattle’s Central District. Launched in April 2013 by community organizer Knox Gardner, it harkens back to the days of the early/mid twentieth century, when jazz clubs flourished in the neighborhood and were frequently photographed by Albert J. Smith Jr., whose archives are now in the possession of the Museum of History and Industry.
