Nate Wolch is a practitioner of applied sport psychology through his private practice, Inner Champion. He is also employed by Magellan Federal, through which he teaches mental skills to army soldiers at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Nate's research revolves around the topic of performing under pressure and mindfulness meditation. He completed both his B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Western Washington University. Outside of work, Nate can be found in one of many Tacoma boxing gyms, playing pickup basketball, or reading a book by the waterfront at Ruston Way.
